AIM-120C AMRAAM#
A single launch rail carrying one AIM-120C-7 AMRAAM, a radar-guided air-to-air missile. It attaches to any surface and is aimed by pointing the craft. The motor burns for a few seconds and takes the missile to about Mach 4, then it coasts. Range 900 m to 105 km. At long range it arrives slow and turns poorly, so close shots are more reliable. The rail does not reload on its own.
